1. Who we are

Obra is a field-first project management app for construction teams, developed by Atlántico (weareatlanti.co), based in Connecticut, USA.

2. What data we collect

• Account information: name, email address, company name, and role within your team.
• Job and project data: job records, daily logs, photos, change orders, punch list items, permits, and inspections you create in the app.
• Photos: images you take or upload from your device library to document job sites. Stored on secure servers.
• Location: optional. Only used to tag job site records when you explicitly grant permission. We do not track location continuously or in the background.
• Push notification tokens: only if you opt in to receive alerts.
• Usage data: basic analytics (screens visited, errors) via Vercel Analytics, used solely to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

• To operate the Obra service: store, sync, and display your project records.
• To send service notifications (storage alerts, team invitations).
• To process subscription billing via Stripe.
• To improve and debug the app.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating Obra.

4. Data storage and security

All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the United States). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is controlled by row-level security — each company can only access its own data.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Stripe — subscription billing (we never store your card details)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel Analytics — anonymous usage analytics

6. Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. To request deletion, email info@weareatlanti.co.

7. Children

Obra is intended for professionals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email of material changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
